shipping & handling
what shipping options are available?
shipping is calculated based on weight. domestic orders $75+ and international orders $150+ are eligible for free shipping
domestic orders will be sent via usps with tracking. international orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. tracking is not guaranteed with international shipping
we are not responsible for custom fees nor will we provide refunds or payment to cover any fees. all shipping fees are calculated by usps and are out of our control
how long until my order is shipped?
order processing time is between 5-10 business days. during special occasions, emergencies or holidays, there may be a slight delay in shipping times
for both domestic and international orders, all items in an order that include preorders will ship together once the preordered products are ready. this means any in-stock items purchased will be held until then. if you wish for in-stock items to be shipped separately, you will need to place two separate orders and pay shipping for both
preorder items may have small design changes and delivery dates changed depending on production
can you combine my shipping if I place multiple orders?
we able to combine shipping as long as the orders have not shipped yet. please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order numbers as soon as possible after ordering
can I request for some of my order to be shipped ahead of time?
partial shipping is currently only at owner's discretion. we may choose to partial ship if your order includes over 10 in-stock items and both shipment values would meet the free shipping minimum ($75+ US)
please note, this only applies for US orders that include preordered items and it is not guaranteed that we will partial ship your order. as always, if you wish for in-stock items to be shipped first, we recommend placing two separate orders for in-stock and preordered items
can i cancel my order?
we allow cancellations for in-stock items within 2 hours of the order being placed, as long as it has not yet shipped. please note that there is a 10% processing & restocking fee charged for all cancelled orders
due to the nature of preorders, we do not accept cancellations for any reason. please be mindful before purchasing!

can I change the address for my order?
if your order has not shipped yet, we can change the address. please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address. if your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any missing orders sent to an incorrect address and no refunds will be issued
why does my tracking say shipment created but hasn’t updated?
shipment created means that the order has been packed and the shipping label has been printed but it has not been scanned by usps yet. please give it a little time, you tracking will be updated shortly after
how long until my order arrives?
domestic orders have tracking included so you can follow your order’s progress. orders usually take 3-7 business days after shipment to arrive. however, arrival times may be affected by holidays, natural disasters or distance. international orders do not have tracking and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive
my package isn’t here, what do I do?
please check with your local post office first. we no longer have any control over the package once the package leaves us and is in usps’ possession. tracking is provided on all domestic orders so you can also track the progress there. sometimes, usps will mark a package as delivered but it won't actually arrive until the next day
also, there may have been a problem with the provided address or for some reason, the post office is holding onto the package. if a package is returned to us, we can resend it as long as shipping is covered. we are not financially responsible if a package is lost, stolen or damaged
do you accept returns?
all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. this applies to pre-orders as well so please be sure to read item descriptions before purchasing!

what if my order is returned to sender?
if your order is returned, you may choose to have the order reshipped as long as the shipping is repaid or you may choose to have the order refunded, minus original shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee
product grading system
how do you grade pins?
enamel pins are handmade items that all have natural variations that occur during the manufacturing process, meaning no pin is completely perfect. in addition to that, every creator has their own way of inspecting pins and a pin grading system is to classify what they consider as "flaws." my pin grading system is described in the tabs below
standard grade is the highest quality pins. they have no major defects but may show very minor imperfections visible only under close inspection. this may include:
• stray glitterlight scuffing, scratching or dents
• small bubbles or traces of dust
• tiny dots in unnoticeable areas
• slightly misaligned screen-printing
• excess metal around the edge
• slow-fill/overfill of enamel in small areas
• other superficial imperfections only noticeable under certain lighting or a specific angle
b-grade pins may include the defects listed above as well as more noticeable imperfections such as:
• slight discoloration
• noticeable scratches, dents, bubbles, dust, marks or smudges
• missing or badly printed screen-printing
• wrong color enamel in small areas
• missing enamel in small area
• slow-fill/overfill of enamel in large areas
• missing metal lines
• chipped metal plating
please note that enamel pin colors may appear differently depending on your device's screen in comparison to the actual product. upon purchasing any enamel pins, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these conditions
how do you grade bags?
this is based only on cosmetic appearance. all bags sold, regardless of grade, are fully functional
standard grade is the highest quality bags. they have little to no flaws but may show very minor imperfections visible only under close inspection. this may include:
• small stray thread that can be easily cut
• small scratches on the clear panel (for ita bags)
• tiny specks on PU leather
b-grade bags may include the flaws listed above as well as more noticeable imperfections such as:
• speckled dots on screenprint
• area of screenprint missing or faded
• noticeable dent in PU leather
• section of material not glued all the way or misaligned
• more noticeable scratches on clear panel (for ita bags)
• pock marks or dents on clear panel (for ita bags)
please note that bag colors may appear differently depending on your device's screen in comparison to the actual product. upon purchasing any bags, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these conditions
right to refuse
we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who exhibits harmful or rude behavior. this applies all forms of communication (email, messaging, in-person or otherwise). in the event that there are outstanding orders when we deny service, these orders will be cancelled and the customer will no longer be able to purchase from our shop
